Office Policy

If you have chest pain please call 911 to allow for prompt treatment of your condition.

The doctor is available by phone after-hours, but we ask that you restrict your calls to urgent issues only. For emergencies, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.

Medication refills may be called in during normal business hours.

Please call for lab results after one week, if you have not yet heard from us.

Co-pay are due at the time of visit by cash or check.
